AboutI'm Adam Joseph, founder of CustomerSuccessManager.com and passionate about all things Customer Success. I built this site to share some of my thoughts and experiences about working in Customer Success related roles since 2003.
I started my personal Customer Success journey at OneSource/Avention (now owned by Dun & Bradstreet) where I joined as a Service Account Manager and finished 12.5 years later as the VP of Customer Success. I then became the Client Services Director at ChannelAdvisor, where my teams helped retailers grow their online revenue through various on-line Marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc), increased traffic to their websites and help brand manufacturers build closer relationships with their consumers. In 2018, I founded CSM Insight, a consultancy business that helped organisations build, manage and scale their Customer Success functions and deliver voice of the customer programmes. I also travelled across the US and Europe delivering a two-day Customer Success training programme. Today, I am the Regional Vice President of Customer Success, EMEA at Gainsight. In this role, I oversees the delivery of exceptional customer experience and creates long-term value for all of Gainsight’s European customers. I have created and hosted two podcast series in Customer Success (Gainsight "Gamechangers" and "Customer Success Conversations"), where I interviewed post-sales executives about what it takes to succeed, the challenges they have overcome, and emerging trends within Customer Success. |
In March 2018, I was included in the prestigious list of the "Top 100 Customer Success Strategists" which was curated by MindTouch and based on votes from over 3,200 people from around the world.
Please feel free to get in contact with me via email, LinkedIn or use the feedback form if you want to get involved by sharing a blog, joining me on a podcast or simply to share your thoughts and feedback on the website.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Many thanks, Adam
